Darryl Bernhardt and Leonard Bernhardt are the owners of Bernhardt Golf, a division of BERNHARDT INDUSTRIES, INCORPORATED. We have been in the construction business for over 50 years, serving Oregon, Washington and Idaho. We utilize full time employees that are dedicated to the golf course and sports field industries. We maintain a strict company dress code, pay competitive wages, fringe benefits, bonuses, and have a generous profit sharing/retirement plan.
Bernhardt Golf completes all phases of golf course construction. We contract both new courses and renovation, including installation of irrigation and drainage on existing turf. These services include but are not limited to; USGA greens and tees, driving ranges, excavation, shaping, laser accuracy drainage, lakes, cart paths, irrigation and pump systems. We own our complete line of equipment to provide for the best performance and service on the job. Over the years, we have customized our equipment to the specific needs of golf course construction, especially in the area of drainage. Bernhardt Golf has become the leader in the Northwest in the areas of drainage and sand-capping. Darryl Bernhardt also works closely with Oregon State University, teaching drainage techniques and refining drainage systems that work in our unique Northwest climate.
Bernhardt Golf is also a full service sport complex provider. We are a leader in the installation of sports fields and artificial sports field bases. We have performed the excavation, drainage systems, and/or complete projects for 40 artificial turf fields, totaling over 3,400,000 square feet. We are experts in producing the highest quality sport complexes/sports fields, expeditiously, even in the challenging weather and soil conditions found in the Pacific Northwest. BERNHARDT GOLF is licensed and registered in the state of Oregon as a contractor with the Construction Contractors Board, License #163295 and the Landscape Contractors Board, License #5189. We are also licensed as a general contractor in the state of Washington, registration #BERNHGD108RJ, and in the state of Idaho under account #000808741-W. We are in full compliance with OSHA, Workers Compensation, and other insurance and bonding requirements.
